In Office
$120.00 per 50-minute session

Teletherapy

$110.00 per 50-minute session

Insurances

I accept Tricare (TriWest), Select Health, Regence BCBS, and Educators Mutual Insurance. If you do not see your insurance on this list that does not mean that we cannot work together, many insurance companies will cover at least a portion of the fee for out-of-network providers. I am happy to provide you with the documentation necessary to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.

Payment 

Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy 

If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 for hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
